This agency is fraudulent and not even registered in KSA for Hajj or Umrah services. They are merely agents of Pak Malik Travels. I contacted Faisal through a strong reference, expecting reliable service and a comfortable Umrah experience. Faisal claimed he was out of the city and referred me to his colleague, Mohsan, assuring me that he would personally oversee the matter upon return. During our first visit, Mohsan informed us that the December Umrah group was full and pushed us toward a 15-day customized package, highlighting the disadvantages of group travel. Since I was traveling with two ladies, I agreed and paid 100% of the amount on the same day after confirming with Faisal, who said it was equivalent to paying him directly. Mohsan promised to provide visas seven days before departure. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the visas were not provided on time. Even one day before departure, they were still not issued. Mohsan attempted to give us fake visas and pressured us to process Ex-Pakistan leave, which could have caused serious issues at our workplace. We refused. The visas were delayed by one full week after our scheduled flight, and during processing, our Makkah hotel was changed three times without consent. Eventually, the 15-day package was quietly reduced to 14 days. After arriving in Makkah, Mohsan informed us that all Ziarats in Makkah and Madinah had been removed from our package without prior notice. The Makkah hotel was economy class but managed well. However, the Madinah hotel, run by Pakistani management, was extremely poor and lacked basic facilities like hot water, proper shower, cabinets, and shelves. Despite multiple complaints, both Mohsan and the Madinah agent avoided responsibility and kept redirecting us to each other for six days. Before returning to Makkah, Mohsan confirmed our hotel as per the voucher. However, upon arrival at 11:00 PM, the hotel manager informed us that no booking existed. Mohsan did not respond initially, and only after involving family members in Pakistan did he inform us that the hotel had been changed—without telling us the new hotel name. We were forced to wait for hours and finally got a room at 2:00 AM while we had been in Ihram since 1:00 PM. The next day, we were shifted to another hotel that felt unsafe and questionable. On the day of departure, despite having cab service included in the package, Mohsan refused to provide a taxi and forced us to travel by bus to Jeddah Airport, threatening that he would not be responsible if we missed the flight. This entire experience was extremely stressful, dishonest, and unprofessional. I strongly advise people to avoid such fraudulent agents. Do not rely solely on references. Always choose a well-reputed and registered agency. If possible, book hotels and transport yourself using reliable online platforms rather than trusting such agents with your hard-earned money.
